The Vicar of Dibley

We're back! And this time we're in Dibley!

This year we're incredibly proud and excited to have been granted the rights to perform one of Britain's best loved comedies - The Vicar of Dibley.

Adapted from the award-winning show, relive some of TV's funniest moments live on stage as a new Vicar comes to the village of Dibley. The only problem for the residents is... the Vicar is a woman.

As Gerry smuggles chocolate, Alice ponders butter, Hugo ponders Alice, and Owen wrestles with his bowels, maybe the new Vicar is just what the village needs after all.

So grab your ham and lemon curd sandwiches, and head down to St. Peter's Church Hall on Saturday 4th and 11th December for a show you won't forget. Are we excited? No, no, no, no, no... yes!

A note about covid (sorry!) - We're putting measures in place this year to help keep everyone safe. We're asking for all ticket sales to be made online. This will help us monitor numbers and ensure we have contact details. We'll encourage mask-wearing, hand-sanitising and will ventilate where possible. We're also offering a no-quibble refund policy if for any reason you can't attend or we need to cancel the show (though any booking fees charged by our ticket sales service may not be refundable). We hope this gives you the reassurance you need to be able to join us - but if you do have any questions you can email us at info@brightlight-theatre.co.uk.
